1 Introduction & Eligibility

By using the zbazz.click ("zbazz", "we", "our") website and associated mobile application, you automatically agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This document constitutes a legal agreement between you and zbazz.

Reading these Terms & Conditions in full is mandatory before accessing, registering on, or using any service on the zbazz platform. If you disagree with any part, please refrain from using the platform.

These terms and conditions have been drawn up in accordance with the applicable provisions of Bangladesh law and relevant international regulations. zbazz operates under an international gaming license, and all activities are conducted within the defined legal framework.

2 Account Registration

A personal account is required to access zbazz services. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

Registration Requirements

• Each individual may register only one account.

Zbazz may request government-issued identification (National ID, passport) to verify a user's identity at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until KYC is completed. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure.

3 Age Restriction

The minimum age to use the zbazz platform is 18. Anyone under this age is strictly prohibited from creating or using an account.

Providing a false age during registration is a legal offence. zbazz reserves the right to verify the age of any account it deems suspicious. Failure to cooperate with the verification process may result in permanent account closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not accepted.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Each withdrawal request is processed within 24–72 hours.
• Zbazz reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold in cases of suspected suspicious activity.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Zbazz offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be read before claiming.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus comes with a specific wagering requirement.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the required wagering amount must be completed first.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Zbazz reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the following circumstances.

• Suspected violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Suspicious financial transactions.
• Direction from legal authorities.
• At the user's own request.

Users may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, any remaining balance will be returned after pending bets are settled.

9 Responsible Gaming
